At SydWest Multicultural Services and Participate Australia, our clients/participants and families are at the heart of everything we do.
We strive to provide quality services and care to our customers, care recipients and clients at all times. We also believe in continuous improvement, to ensure this is being upheld in practice. Please feel welcome to have your say and provide your feedback – especially if it is in relation to a complaint.
Please note that we take all feedback provided seriously, and our Quality, Risk & Compliance team will review the matter to ensure a best practice solution is implemented moving forward.
Feedback can be provided verbally, in writing via email or mail.

At SydWest Multicultural Services, we develop systems that ensure you maintain maximum possible control over your personal data while fostering the growth of a more interactive environment. Below are the policies we use for protecting the information you provide during a visit to our website.
Feedback and Request Forms
In a few areas on our website, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit or follow-up with you after your visit. It is completely optional for you to participate.

The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your relationship with SydWest Multicultural Services Inc. Information regarding you or your request and/or enquiry will not be revealed or disclosed to any outside organisation.

We also cannot guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet.
